Description
Overview
Our Basic Service package is designed for newly purchased or recently serviced fire extinguishers that are in excellent working condition and simply need official inspection, documentation, and tagging for compliance. This quick, on-site service ensures your extinguishers meet local fire codes, occupancy requirements, and insurance policy standards — without any additional maintenance or repairs.
Included Services
On-Site Professional Inspection
A licensed and certified fire safety technician will come directly to your location to conduct a comprehensive 13-point inspection.
This inspection includes:
Checking the extinguisher’s pressure gauge and condition of seals.
Verifying cylinder integrity, hose, and nozzle condition.
Ensuring labeling, signage, and placement meet local fire code and NFPA 10 requirements.
Confirming accessibility, mounting height, and visibility.
Reviewing expiration date, manufacturing date, and recharge status.
All work is performed by trained professionals familiar with your local jurisdiction’s standards and building occupancy requirements.
Certification Tagging
Once inspection is complete and the extinguisher passes all compliance points, a new 12-month certification tag is applied.
This tag serves as official proof that your extinguisher has been inspected and certified, meeting:
Local Fire Marshal and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements.
Occupancy and business licensing renewal standards.
Insurance policy documentation for fire-safety compliance.
Record Keeping & Compliance Management
Your service records are logged in our secure digital database for quick reference during audits, inspections, or compliance reviews. We maintain a full service history — including serial numbers, inspection results, and technician information — to help you stay inspection-ready year-round.
Service Reminder Notifications
We provide automated annual reminders when your next inspection is due, ensuring continuous compliance and no missed renewals. You’ll be notified by email or text before your certification expires, making maintenance effortless.
